IMPORTANT – Orders MUST be picked by November 1st at Tulip Town.

All orders (including mail orders) must be accompanied with payment.
MARK YOUR CALENDARS FOR SEPT./OCT. PICK-UPS.
November is the latest month for bulbs to be planted for best performance in the Pacific Northwest (Eastern Washington plant in October).
IMPORTANT – Order MUST be picked up by November 1st.
We will not guarantee or be responsible for performance of bulbs picked up or planted after november 1st. WE WILL NOT KEEP OR STORE BULBS AFTER NOV. 1 WITHOUT PRIOR ARRANGEMENT.

Visit our Fall Retail Shop (Open September 1st. thru November 1st.) Monday thru Saturday – 9:00am – 5:00pm • Sunday – 11:00am – 4:00pm. We will be offering a full selection of Fall Bulbs.

Many items sold in our Retail Shop are not included on this order form.
